Heko Obi For Men

Here are Heko Obi for men.  Measurements are approximate because I normally measure them folded in half.  If the page is empty, check back later for fresh stock. 

Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #8. 

Off black in color, this could be silk or it could be rayon.  Excellent vintage condition, it measures 160" long by 25" wide and it is $45.00. 

Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #7. 

This one is very black and almost certainly rayon or a synthetic; it has a light, creped whispering touch.  Excellent vintage condition, it measures 120" x 25 1/2" and is $45.00. 

SOLD Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #6. 

A soft, mid-weight heko obi, it is black and either silk or rayon.  It is in excellent vintage condition, measures 148" x 27" and is $45.00. 

Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #5. 

Off black, it is a coarsely textured but light weight crepe; silk or rayon.  Excellent vintage condition, it measures 130" x 26" and it is $45.00. 

HOLD Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #4. 

This one is a deep grey color, best expressed by the photo lower left.  Soft with a whispery touch, it is either silk or rayon and is in excellent vintage condition.  It measures 110" x 28" and is $45.00. 

SOLD Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #3. 

This one is more likely silk than rayon, although either is possible.  It is very black and has a mid-weight crepe finish.  Some small areas of shibori are scattered along its length instead of having it present only at the ends.  Excellent vintage condition, it measures 120" x 18 1/2" and it is $45.00. 

SOLD Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #2. 

Indigo blue heko obi in silk or rayon, this has a whispery crepe touch and is in excellent condition.  It measures 136" x 26" and it is $45.00. 

Antique Kimono Japanese Heko Obi #1. 

This one is black-black and both heavier and narrower than many heko obis.  This one is more likely silk than rayon, but no promises, okay?  Shibori is present in stations along the center of the length as well as at the ends, and there are a few holes as seen in the picture upper right, much magnified for you here.  It measures 150" long and is from 12" to 16" wide, depending on whether or not you flatten out the lengthwise creases.  It is $45.00.
