Purchasing & Shipping Policies

Before you buy:

Please be aware that all items are final sale; no exceptions.  All items are sold as is, warranties of any sort neither expressed nor implied.

Items are inspected prior to packing for shipment.  The inspection and packing process is captured and recorded by the shop’s video surveillance system.

Purchasing is a matter of emailing me at angiehere@gmail.com with your zipcode and telling me what you want.  I will invoice you through PayPal for your selection(s) including shipping to your destination (that’s why I need your zipcode).  You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to pay your invoice.

I do not charge for packaging and/or “handling”.  Your shipping cost is what I pay to ship it to you.

Those of you who have credit/debit card information on file with me in my brick and mortar location can continue to text/email me with your orders as always; no problem!

Your item(s) will be packaged for shipping and delivered to the post office within 24 hours of cleared PayPal payment.  Your shipping cost will include tracking so that we both know when and where it was delivered.  Tracking number will be displayed in your PayPal account for each transaction.  No PayPal account?  No problem; I will email you the tracking number.

Shipping:

Fragile items will be shipped in appropriate sized boxes, clearly marked as FRAGILE on each side of the box and shipped by First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.  Small items under one pound that are not fragile will be shipped First Class Mail in bubble mailers or small boxes.  Non-fragile items over one pound will be shipped in appropriate packaging, whether poly-mailer or box, depending on the item’s weight, bulk and so forth.  All items will be sent by the most cost effective method that still arrives quickly.  USPS Priority Mail will be used for these items; if it is less expensive for you and the item(s) will fit in Flat Rate packaging, that is how they will ship.  I always calculate shipping to your destination by regular Priority Mail and by Flat Rate and select the less expensive option for you.  USPS Retail Ground and/or Parcel Select are rarely less expensive than Priority Mail unless the package weighs in excess of 10 pounds and as those methods can take a VERY long time to arrive, I will not use them unless the customer specifically requests them.

I have had to reinvent the website from scratch, so while a shopping cart will be available to you in time, I have not yet added that to the site.  I’m comfortable with not having one yet, as it allows me to work with the buyer on a more personal level for each purchase.
